Sync bar settle
Variant: Heavy
The heaviest reading of the fill-and-settle loader: a 7px track, a 2.6px check, and a solid label, so the bar holds its own as the primary element of an empty or near-empty view. Use it when the sync is the screen's whole subject rather than one row among many. The 6% collapse target is a proportion, not a pixel value, so the thicker track still contracts to a square mark rather than a stub.
